klvemkdvd-0.4:

- IMPORTANT: please use newest lve package to prevent from
  misbehavior in klvemkdvd caused through outdated lve programs.

- after pressing button "Build mpegs into Destination Folder" 
  the browser section will change to the destination directory
  to show output files. but after completion it will return to
  the previous selected folder again -> this will help to
  obtain the mpeg build.
